This is no problem. But we need to charge the new sample model cost which decided by your design details, and this sample cost will be returned if you place the bulk order later.

Welcome!!! If you wanna check our factory before you place the order, this is no problem also. If you are not in China, then we can arrange a video call.

Can you offer the QC details before shipment?
Of course, we will take real photos and videos before we send it out.

If we receive the broken goods, how will you deal with?
Please don't worry. If you receive the broken clothes, please contact ASAP within 7 working days, then we will check and deal with quickly. If it's our problem cause, we must will refund you completely or send you new goods if you accept.

For the payment way, can you accept 10% deposit and the balance we pay after the goods arrives the local port?
Sorry. Maybe this we can't support. For the small orders, we just accept 100% payment which the quantity less than 100 pieces; For the bulk order, we just can support 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before we send the goods out.
