What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For in-stock items, the minimum quantity is 1 pc per style. For customized items, the minimum quantity is 60 pcs per style per pattern per color, with up to 3 sizes available.

Do you provide custom sample services?
Yes, we offer customized sample production based on your designs and requirements. Please contact our team with your design details, and we will provide a quotation and create the sample as soon as possible. (Note: For OEM/ODM orders, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance paid before shipment).

How long will it take to ship and deliver my order?
Shipping times depend on the selected method. For dispatch times:
- In-stock items: 2-7 days for warehouse picking and packing.
- Custom samples: Within 15 days.
- Small OEM orders: 10-20 days for production.
